Japanese Tea Gardens Bridals, San Antonio Wedding Photographer | Frances
San Antonio Wedding Photographer: The Japanese Tea Gardens in San Antonio were absolutely breathtaking for Mrs. Jackson’s bridal session a couple months ago! The landscape was so lush and colorful and the paths were so diverse; I have to be honest, I wish this location was closer to me!
I had such a great time laughing and walking with Frances during this session. We’re old and dear friends so these photos hold a special place in my heart. She has so much spunk, wit & personality, I had no doubt in my mind that she was going to photograph just beautifully!
Having never been to the Tea Gardens (despite me living in San Antonio through my college years), I had no idea what to expect. And then I walked in and saw THIS and I have to admit, my heart skipped a beat.
Wedding: Spinelli’s Library
For those of you who don’t know Frances, she has a few books. If she were a super hero, her name would be Badass Bookworm and her super power would be stunning villains with her super sonic, super speed reading abilities. She eats reads books for breakfast. Honestly, when we were in college, I think she read the entire Harry Potter series in the time it took me to update my Facebook status.
This dress totally looks like what Cinderella wore to marry Prince Charming…. Wait. Now that I think about it, Frances’s longing to live her life like a Disney Princess completely outweighs her desire to not get caught stealing Cinderella’s dress from Walt’s Vault. “I’m gonna need to see your receipt, ma’am.”
Frances, you’re GORGEOUS and your wedding was so BEAUTIFUL & FUN!! I cannot wait to see what the future holds for you and Joe, but it better involve lots of babies and dragging Joe to Houston because our kids are going to need someone to teach them how to pop ‘n lock and, well let’s face it, if it’s left up to me, they’re doomed. Love you!!
