Discovery Green Engagement, Houston Wedding Photographer: Leslie & David

Downtown Houston can be a busy and crowded area for engagement photos.  For this session, we were blessed with a quite, calm and absolutely gorgeous day and we had the park all to ourselves!

Choosing the perfect time of day for your session location is a really important step when booking your session.  We, personally, LOVE a gorgeous sunrise session for a few reasons: 1) It’s quiet – the birds are chirping, the rush of the city hasn’t started yet and traffic and passerby’s are next to invisible., 2) the Houston summer heat is minimal after the earth has had time to cool off over night and 3) the sky and sun are absolutely gorgeous!  Many working professionals are opting in for sunrise sessions because it means they can get back to work by 9am!

Leslie & David were all about their sunrise session!  We had the whole place to ourselves, the weather was a perfect summer time morning and we wrapped it up in time for their morning meetings.  It was a joy working with The Kirby’s this past fall and we wish them many years of happiness to come in their new lives together!
